About Me

Debbie is owner and nutritionist of Eat Complete! Her interest in nutrition began with her own health concerns. After having an undiagnosed malabsorption and chronic fatigue for many years, she learned that she has an autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease and needs to adhere to a strict gluten-free diet. She has found the foods she consumes, accompanied by a lifestyle change, are critically important to having a healthy body and mind, and maintaining a healthy weight.

Debbie holds a Master's Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health and is pursuing a dual doctorate in holistic nutrition and natural health.

She is past Chairman of the Celiac Sprue Association of Orange County, California. She has been on staff as nutritionist for both TACA of Torrance and the Parkinson's and Movements Disorders Foundation in Fountain Valley. Debbie has also started an Adult Disabled Lifestyle Change class, focusing on an all natural, nutritional strategy targeting brain and neurotransmitter function along with weight loss. This lifestyle plan is accompanied by a balance of exercise and relaxation techniques.

Debbie has held classes dealing with weight issues, which incorporates diabetes, thyroid disease, and environmental toxins. She has also worked extensively with weight revolving around anorexia and bulimia.

Debbie enjoys working with those wanting to educate themselves on how to make healthy food choices and those wanting to change their lifestyles to enhance their well being.
